100 / 200 / 300 Series Controllers

We offer 100 / 200 / 300 series controllers, burner programmer, burner controller, sequence controller, programmable sequence controllers, which are preprogrammed to ensure the automatic working of gas/oil burners. They assist in managing safe start up of the burner and continuously monitor of the flame. These systems provide output for blower, ignition, solenoid valves etc. with prefixed timings for continuous flame supervision.

For Oil fired Burners/ Boilers

• 107 - M (suitable for nestler boilers)
• 107 - S - FO (controller for furnace oil)
• 107 - S - 60, 107 - S - 30 (Standard models with pre-purge time of 60 sec & 30 sec)
• 107 - TU
• 150 - P - 6 (equivalent to MA - 150 controller)
• LS - 107 (suitable for IAEC make boilers)

Gas Fired Burners / Furnaces with UV flame sensing

Without Pilot flame proving -

• 307 - GI - S Gas controller with inbuilt UV Amplifier
• 307-GE - S Gas controller with external UV Amplifier

With Pilot Flame, Damper, Blower and Ignition terminals -

• 307 - GID - P (inbuilt Amplifier) & 307 - GE - P (with external amplifier)

For Gas fired Burner / Furnaces with Flame Rod sensing -

• 207 - FR-S, with pilot valve option.
• 207 - FRD - AP21 without Pilot. (functionally compatible to LGB - 21) Controller.

Burner Series Controller

We design and manufacture burner controllers, burner series controller, furnace controller, in standard as well as customized specifications. These Furnace controller provide automatic control of all types of burners, boiler sequence controller. Available in different technical specifications, our burner controllers are effectively used for gas and oil burners.

The 700 burner series controllers are housed in an ABS plastic enclosure and has 70mm x 110mm x 105mm (L*B*H) as overall size The enclosure has a base and plug in controller module for easy replacement at sites.

Models For Oil Fired Burners

• 710 - PR - MA (equivalent to MA-81O controllers) sensing by LDR.
• 712 - PR - 24 - PI4 (equivalent to LOA - 21 & LOA - 24 controllers)

Models For Gas Fired Burners

• 722 - FR - P5, where the flame sensing is done by using flame rod.
• 732 - UV - P5, where flame sensing is by UV sensor.
